4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service.
- No refunds are available for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service.
5. Liability and Insurance
We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings. However, in the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability is limited as follows:
- Standard Liability: Covers up to a certain amount per item or per kilogram, depending on local regulations.
- We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
- Our insurance does not cover items that are inherently fragile or perishable.

To facilitate a smooth move, customers are expected to:
